Promoted teams keep failing
In the instance of the Swedish Elite League and Allsvenskan - you are aware that every year, the last two teams from the SEL meet with the four best teams from Allsvenskan, in order to decide which teams will play in the SEL the upcoming season.
The problem is that right now, any team promoted from Allsvenskan keep failing in the SEL - as they make no decent recruitments that make them hold up in the SEL. I am unsure whether this is because of a budget issue that is not changed as you reach SEL, or if it's something else - but any team progressing up to SEL keeps getting beaten 10-1 etc. Last season, the two teams progressing up ended up with a total of 9 and 4 points after 55 games. |

Not really a bug, just the Allsvenskan players aren't rated yet

It is a bug. Any team promoted from Allsvenskan gets a largely raised budget due to TV money. They recruit new players that are able to sustain the level of play in the SEL (as it differs a lot from Allsvenskan). The newely promoted teams do not do this.
