White Screen of Death

Love you guys. And love the game.

However, just last week everytime I load the game from my desktop I get a white blank screen. I can use the mouse icon but nothing else. There is just whiteness.

I have deleted the program. Unistalled. Reinstalled. Everything worked fine. New update is giving me the same result.

HELP!!!!!

Please!!!

I think we talked a while ago on HFboards, right? At this point, I'm really not sure what the problem could be, but I'll ask Sebastian to have a look at this thread and see if he has any ideas.

One thing to check: is there a crash_report.txt file in your \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\data directory? And, if so, was it created at the same time as your last attempt to start the game? We're wondering if the program is even getting to the point where it can register a crash.

Thanks. It looks like the licensing is going OK, so that's not the issue. Sebastian is going to check into it a little further, and I've also asked OOTP support if they've seen anything like this with the baseball game, since we've had no other reports of it happening with FHM. We'll get it figured out, one way or another.

I'm getting this error aswell. I re-installed the game but it is still there.

Could one of you who is getting this please post a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing when you get the white screen? Still working on a resolution to this.
