activation problem with mac build 34

I had mac 31 working just fine. Then I realized I could update to 34.

So I followed the directions that said delete the old game and install the new one.

I did.

Then I cut and pasted my license key and I get the error message. Game could not be activated try again in a few minutes....

but it never gets past that.

Ideas???

I made sure theres no spaces in the license.

it is the license key.

Not sure what to do it worked fine in build 31. Come on someone has the answer.

Make sure you type FHM 2014 at the beginning.

Still waiting on a reply from tech support. COME ON GUYS!

I got one email from you saying try the offline activation. That didn't work I wrote you back saying that didn't work and that was a week ago.

A little help please?
