Quickstart - Invalid Database Version

I tried creating a Custom Game today and then saved it as a Quickstart, but when trying to load a Quickstart I always get an Invalid Database Version error. Here are my exact steps in order.

1. Unlicense
2. Uninstall
3. Delete leftover files/folders
4. Clean Install using custom folder c:\games\Franchise H....
5. Run game, put in License, set screen resolution, close game.
6. Run game, New Custom Game
7. Leave everything default, just click OK until 'Enter A Name For the Game'
*8. Enter name 'Test'
9. Leave everything default for 'Set Up Your Manager'
10. Click 'Game', 'Save as Quickstart'
11. Leave default name and description, click OK, exit game
12. Load game, click 'Quickstart Game', click 'My Quickstart' OK
13. 'Invalid Database Version'

*This is another bug, if you don't put a name for the game it will say 'Invalid Game Name', but it will still create the new game. The save game folder will just be .lg, no name just blank with the extension.

I got that when i tried to start a regular mode after a custom mode. But i just reinstalled the latest version and then it worked again.

It's a clean install, reinstalling won't fix the quickstart.
