I second this but my laptop is XPS 15. I tried all the resolutions, set to maximize as well and the screen is cut at the bottom, if I was to guess its about 10-20%. Maybe its a problem with 16:9 screens? I should mention that OOTPB doesn't have this problem on the same laptop. |

Guys, it's still awful. Makes playing in game awful.

I'm not sure what's going on there, but I'll get Sebastian to check the layout of that screen on the Mac first thing in the morning. The font in that screenshot looks too big, the main play area is relocated to the mid-bottom of the screen instead of the top-left (cutting off most of it), and the player graphics are missing. It's supposed to look like this:

Thanks Jeff. It's never looked like that. Also, the home screen looks off too. When I get home later I can post that too.

It turned out that the Mac update was missing one updated GUI file; Sebastian's built a new version of it and I've updated the Mac link in the announcement post with the new version 0.9.57 to fix that problem - so re-download that, and it should be fixed.

Sorry Jeff, but didn't fix at all. I'm on a Mac, trying out fullscreen, maximized. Actually, fullscreen does this always.

Any update to what's going on with this. I haven't really been able to mess around with the beta because of this. I know it seems silly that this one issue is the reason why I haven't, but I can't really get past the way it looks. Thanks.

I had the same issue, installed the 0.9.57 Mac version and now it works fine!

Yeah, it seems to be doing this on fullscreen to varying degrees on different Macs. I had someone test it just now and they got a milder version of what you're seeing, but it seems to be OK for others. I'll get Sebastian to take another look at it.

There's a full screen? On my PC (Win 8) the max window button is grayed out. The game takes up half of my screen. |

Latest version, same issue. As much as I want to play the game, for me it's a deal breaker. I guess it's just going to be a donation towards future products at this point.

One thing I would like to see is a sim to end of period and sim to end of game option just in case you wish to really fast forward a game.

Yeah, the more I try to play the less I want to. I'm in windowed, maximized, and the cutoff at the bottom doesn't let me know how long someone is injured for.

This is still happening. Hasn't improved, hasn't changed for me. OOTP works fine in full screen.
