Convert to Facegen

I am currently in my sixth season, and as much as I loved the real photos, few are still with their team from the start. Want to switch over to the facegen photos for all.

Can someone explain? Have tried but seem to only get some to switch over. Do I need to go into the files and remove the real photos from outside the game?

Id recommend going into Preferences and go under the Facegen tab and go down to picture search mode and make sure it is set to "search for photofit (Facegen) file first. If this doesnt work id go into your OOTP folders and delete the real pictures.
