How Do I Join an Online League?

I've been looking everywhere but the manual sucks and my commish isn't replying quickly. I have already downloaded the league file but how do I load it? I'm running OOTP 15 on Windows.

most likely you downloaded a starter file and it's in a zip format. Have you extracted the folder yet? You should place the folder in the saved games folder and be sure to have a .lg on the end
