Fictional players in historical drafts?

I'm starting a historical season from 1977 and now at the draft. Looking through the draft pool it looks like it has a few real players (Molitor, Ozzie) but it seems to be missing a bunch of them. Harold Baines, the 1st rd pick, doesn't even seem to be there. No Tim Raines, Jesse Barfield, Mookie Wilson, Terry Francona, etc.

Is there a setting so the drafts are based on all real players?

Harold Baines will appear in the 1980 draft. Players will appear the year they made their major league debuts, not the year they were drafted.
