Need some help trying to share quickstart with dropbox

A user asked me to share my Illinois based baseball leagues so I made quickstart of the game a dropbox account and used the share a file link and sent it to the user. But it didn't work. The file didn't load all the way. My dropbox account shows the whole file and if I copy it back to my computer it works fine. When I tested it by having my girlfriend try and download it from dropbox it didn't work again. I know nothing about dropbox and my girlfriend only uses it to share photos with friends so she isn't any help. Anyone who has knowledge can you help.

Not sure what's different just tried it again with my girlfriends computer and it worked. REALLY slow download but it worked.
