Uploading files

How do I upload files using the FTP site? I had some technical issues (basically, my second season schedule was screwed up and had the playoffs starting in April). I tried to follow the instructions on the link on the "bug reports" forum, but I couldn't get it to give me the option to upload any of my game files. I use Windows 10, if that matters. Thanks.

Can anyone help? I'm at a complete loss on how to go forward.

I did a backup save at some point during the last season, but I'm not able to access it -- whenever I try to open the backup file, all of the options are blanked out and can't be selected.
