ipodiipodi Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Jun 2017 Posts: 32	Budget and total money available issue Hi forumites, I tried to search for answers here but couldn't find any so I am posting my question here. As I tried to start a new historical sim starting at 2005, nearly all teams start with a huge budget deficit for the current and next year. By that I mean almost all teams have a huge payroll that vastly exceeds the budget. Is that normal? I do not see this problem in OOTP17 so I am unsure if there is something I need to do as I transition to OOTP18.
