WHat is the point of requesting a scouting report?

Why would I want to request a report when I can just go to the scouting report tab and see the same exact thing?

draftees don't give all the info, a report could fill in the missing personality stuff.

it updates scouting before the next scouting report -- great before trades, especially during longer offseason portion with no scouting reports.

i never use it, but ... if i played with more frustrating settings i might.
