Any update planned for Team Chemistry and Player Classes?

Last release saw pretty significant investments in this area, but I feel it still needs improvement. Are their any plans to build on this? How about the ability to manually elect the team captain?

I would like to see more work here too and I think this has really improved.

However, I think the "Team Captain" thing should be something that simply occurs naturally, based on the team and individual.

I'm okay with the team captain happening "naturally", but the current logic seems flawed. I'll have a young bench player that I call up for a couple weeks and he'll be identified as the "captain". Seems like this should be reserved for more seasoned/respected players.

Yea, that's pretty odd; with something like that occurring, then agreed it needs some work.

Fortunately, right now, my team captain is a veteran catcher who was with the team at one point (came-up through the farm system), spent a couple years with another team when he hit FA, then returned back to where he started his career. He is a fan favorite too. Something like that should be more of the norm.

guys, players with the personality role of "captain" arent actually the team captain, they just have the traits that would be ideal for a captain

Right...That's why I mentioned that it's something that should occur naturally, based on the individual, team and situation.

I have had the same thing happen. Rookies should not be Team Captain, regardless of their personality. They need some time in the Show before they can be Team Captain
