I have no idea how to upload crashes

I read this: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...48&postcount=2 but im not sure where im going wrong. can someone please help? i had a game yesterday where it just stopped working and now whenever i try to load it up it get stucks on "check players 61%" then crashes. The league and date are also missing from the load screen. So i made another one playing as the Winnipeg Jets and now everytime after i saved last night when i load in it has me as the GM as the Canadians and its as if i choose to play as canadians and cant advance/sim days without crashing! Any idea how to fix these issues? Thanks in advanced!

If the ftp upload isn't working for you, you can put it on a file sharing site like dropbox or filedropper.com and send me the link. It sounds like there may be some kind of serious corruption of the saves, but I'd need to see the files to be sure.
