Added players are getting no playing time

Please delete this post. I think the error is mine.

I've added several new players and ensured that they are in the rotation/lineup (even forced the position for one of them) and they are getting no playing time. This is after a few sims and after making minor changes/submitting team several times. I've even exited the game, exited the game mode and gone back into it from the main menu.

I first noticed the problem after adding '07 Tulowitzsky. Since then I've added several other player upgrades and nearly all of them are getting zero playing time (Juan Marichal got in 2 games despite being my #1 in the rotation).
