Buy Now Player Never Appeared in Inventory

I just purchased Kelvin Herrera using the buy now option about 10 minutes ago (9:00 am Eastern) and the points were removed from my total but the card never appeared in my account.

A couple of data Points

Player Name - Maddox
Purchased while I believe the simulation was happening.
Closing out to the start screen and coming back in did not help.
Closing the program and restarting it did not help.

It was only 50pp and I realize this is beta so I will live. But the auctions and buy now are the most important parts to get right since that is what people will be able to spend real money on.

Did you check your inactive cards?

Okay, I found him and after much hunting around and I figured out how to activate him.

Thanks for the tip. I can picture this confusing a lot of players, not being able to find their purchased players under their team menu. At least I could not find a way to view inactive players from the team menu.

Yeah, I think we need to make this more intuitive, or at least explain it a bit better.

What causes a purchased card to end up inactive? This was a buy now option but the other card I won an auction for went straight to the reserve list. My reserve roster is only at 22 players currently.

Sometimes a new league file download screws things up it seems...
