new in game need help for this

i receive this message when i try to play next game " the new york yankees have a player on the DL jacob elsburry who has to be activated.
i search in manual but no find how active player help im very new..

Right click on the player's name. Then go down to transactions and a drop-down menu will open on that menu is an option to activate from disabled list.
