Spring Training Evaluations?

How do you evaluate players during spring training? I can't seem to find the stats for how they are doing during the spring to make decisions on players that might be on the fringe.

On your roster pages (pitching or lineup) go to the Scope drop down and you'll find Spring Training under Timeframe.
