start new league with real payers and draft

can i start a new league and have a draft to start the season with all real MLB players?

Yes. It has been a couple years since I started my league but I think it started automatically started with an inaugural draft. If not, you can go into league functions and on the left side of screen there is a tab to release players and have a draft.
