Account Lock -- HELP!

Tried logging in with what I KNOW was my password, then went through password change process.

Now my account is locked. Looking for developer help to get it unlocked immediately.

Give it an hour or so and it will let you try to login again.

You need a full 24 hours to try another password reset.

I went through the same thing a couple weeks ago.

Yes, unfortunately locked accounts are essentially out of our control since there's another system that manages the timeouts and resets.
