5 man rotation instructions not followed

It's very simple. 5 man rotation, always start highest rested. Yet, look at this:

My 5th starter get 0 starts and 3rd and 4th get 7. It turns out than Plank or Wainwright will start on TWO days rest when it is the turn of the 5th starter. WHY??

This was set up on day 1 this morning and not looked at till now.

It's still going on. My starting rotation is bugged for this team only. What is going on? You can see from the game log that this pitcher is starting games on 1 or 2 days rest consistently.

The first thing I would double-check here is whether or not you have a 7-day lineup set. If that is accidentally left on, it could potentially force a guy to start on a rest day. Given that game log, it seems highly likely. Just tracing through, he started on April 10 at regular rest, but then the 12th looks forced. 18th would have been full rest, but the 19th (7 days after the 12th), shouldn't have started. 24th would be regular rest, but then the 26th (again, 7 days after the 19th), he starts again out of turn.

Thanks, don't remember making 7 day lineups for this team, but they were there and with erase lineup after use set to NO.

I note with the latest patch there is an asterisk by the rotation mode that indicates if 7-day lineups are enabled!
