Temporary Server Outage?

Hi. For the last 2 days I have been receiving this message after I try to download a sim..."Could not download PT League file! Please try to restart OOTP , if the error persists, please try again in a few minutes, there is likely a temporary server outage." I've had to restart OOTP every time a new sim download appears. Thanks in advance.
