League: ROOKIE 53

Hey anyone in Rookie League 53 around the forums. New to OOCTP and can't find or not sure if there's a league chat attached to the game. If there isn't one thought we'd maybe just use this thread for the week. If there is a league chat option please point in the right direction.

Anyway I'm the GM of the Halifax Highlanders in the Central Division. You can call me Dave, hardongear, handon or gear whichever you prefer.

There is no specific league chat, but you might have better luck finding someone on the Rookie Level Chatter channel. Which you can find under "MAIN" and "Perfect Team Community".

Thanks Bailey. Gave that shot doesn't seem to be anyone in my league around oh well. Looking forward to my first week just the same.

I think it would be a great feature in the game to add a league message board.
It would be fun to talk smack sometimes, and other times a particular team name intrigues me or I see a team name geographically nearby and would like to say hi and good luck.

Yes this. It doesn't even have to be a chat just a in-game message board for only that leagues teams/GM's would do. And seemingly be easier than an in-game chat system. I'm not a programmer.

Many of the vet guys seem to believe many in the lower levels are just dead and abandoned teams and that maybe the case. And if it is I wonder how many are that way simply because it's boring as hell and feels like playing AI bots?

Idk if it is just me, or if it has to do with the fact that its tournament play, but even though I do not chat much with the people who play the tournaments, I feel like we have played so many times I know them. There are definitely a set of teams I get hyped to play and more excited when I win.
