Online League Trouble Downloading

I've got a new GM that just joined the league.

Sent him the starter file and the quick start code. Both didn't work for him. He says the game gets to the same spot every time (loading players 46%) then it flashes and the game crashes.

I uploaded a file without images. He was able to download that and export without a problem.

The next day, he tried to download the latest league file, and has the same issue happen. Even if I upload a file without images. Game crashes at the exact same point.

The kicker is he's in another OOTP21 league and doesn't have any issues at all. No one else in my league is having this problem.

He's on a Windows 10 Pro system and has 700GBs of free space.

It's very likely to be a settings issue on his end. You'll want to triple check the league's settings with him and make sure he has things set up the way the rest of the league does.

One thing he can also try is to set the ftp mode to passive, as that will sometimes help with download issues.

He could also try downloading the league with a dedicated ftp program like FileZilla.
