News showing blank

When I download the online league (or when I do in the reg part of the game but not nearly as often) I get blank messages like this. What can I do to get these to show as it may have important information.

Also having this issue with one of my online leagues. I've tried redownloading the league files, but now I don't see any mail messages (previously saw messages from last season)
