2020 rosters for OOTP 20

So I got OOTP 20 last year but didn’t play it much. I’m stuck at home for a bit now and want to get back into it. I was wondering if it was possible to get the 2020 rosters for OOTP 20 in terms of players and coaches.

I’m a Cubs fan and want to have David Ross as my manager.
Is this possible? Can I download new rosters?

Does anyone have a solution for this. I would like updated rosters myself for OOTP 20 ...
