League Structure

Hello everyone:

I am very interested in purchasing OOTP, game looks great. I have a couple of questions.

I would like to create a Major and Minor League Structure with relegation, with champions moving up and losers moving down. Can you create this in OOTP?

Do I have access to historical ballparks in OOTP? Another thing I would like to do is replay historical seasons with certain teams.
