Why I've spent two weeks trying to find a single 52 Noah Lowry in the AH?

(Like, not why I'd be stupid enough to want a Noah Lowry card, but why they're being held...)

As far as I know, it's not tied to any missions, unless it's one I squared up months ago. But how would I know? I can't find one to check it out!

It's the only card below silver that I don't own, so unload your hoard!

In the collection missions screen you can search for Lowry and if he is in any missions he will show up. Be sure to have ALL missions selected. He's not, I checked for you.
