Fixed typos in the pbp (English.xml) file

tl;dr - I cleaned up the copy in the pbp file.

Details - What really got me going was the use of the letter O as a numeral rather than a proper zero. Love the game, but that drove me NUTS. That fix led to others - like, a "one out double" now is a "one-out double." Buncha stuff like that.

I've worked up an edited version of OOTP22's pbp file. Happy to say the developers did some cleaning of their own in the offseason.

Here is the latest fix of the PbP text file. Just take out the date and replace the existing english.xml file in the folder called Text.

Whenever a patch drops, you MUST reinstall the file - what you had in there has been wiped.

But! you can't do it until you've started (then closed) the new version at least once. Otherwise, it'll go download patch -> install typo-free text file -> start app -> fixed file is overwritten -> gotta do it all over again.

Apologies, but I don't play with short PbP so I wouldn't know.

Doesn't that setting simply use this file but truncate it into abbreviated PbP?

It has things like E3 for errors, F4, F5 etc. for positions and stuff like that. The short PbP works a lot better with the voice, I.e. closer to the play on the screen time wise but it doesn't sound like an announcer. I want to see if I can fix that.

I just did a search for the abbreviation like EV, 8RD, etc in the text file but didn't find any. So, I don't know they are coming from. I am able to stop most of the being spoken by modifying my lexicon but am stuck on how to stop the speed number, e.g. 95.6, 99.4, etc., which I assume are the pitch speeds. What I have done so fare make the short PbP sound a lot better.
