No More Licenses :-(

I guess I did mess up a bit. I originally installed the game to to a small SSD and than experimented with the idea of installing it to a super fast USB drive, but that did not work out too well, so I bought a 7200 rpm HD and installed it to that.

I just built a new computer and uninstalled the game from the old computer and then moved the 7200 rpm drive to my new computer. But now when I try to install the game to the new computer it tells me I am out of licenses.

Am I totally screwed?
