Vacant positions

In the middle of a season with OOTP22 year 2027 most of the coaches
have vanished. My human controlled team still has its manager, but all
other coaches are showing VACANT. All the other AI controlled teams
have no coaches or managers. Go into transactions, available personnel and there are only a handful of coaches available. What happened to
all the coaches and managers!
