Login Streak Card Pack

I didn't receive the pack I was supposed to get for my login streak earlier this week. Got the one tonight for the end of the week, but I was supposed to get a Historical Pack a couple days ago as well.

Same thing happened to me... This is second time... Super annoying... Was on Second to last row. Can see evidence I was in 23rd, 24th, and 25th but shows as new login for today....

Second time for me as well. Has anyone had support get them their packs?

Today should have been the 15th consecutive day I've logged in. When I logged in my streak was at one day. I've been logged in almost every day for months. I have over 2839 hours in game according to my Steam app. Yet the highest I've gotten to is 14 consecutive days. I'm really tired of losing login streaks.

It's all a matter of logging in between 8 p.m. ET and 7:59 p.m. ET the next day to keep the streak going - I've had a 120-day streak doing exactly that.

The current rollover time is 7pm EST (midnight UTC). So as long as you log in within that window, it counts towards the day.

This is two nights in a row in which I logged in during the stated time and I didn't receive a free pack last night and 250 tonight. This is super frustrating.
