Can't See Affiliate Scouts

I selected the option to control my affiliate's staff and it's time to renew contracts but I can't see their scouts. I want to see their scouting situation before committing to renewing contracts.

They're listed on the staff screen. The AI doesn't use the same scouting mechanics as a human player does, so there's nothing to be seen on an AI team's Scouting screen.

Ok, I was hoping to see them on the scouting screen so I could easily compare them
