vMLB Online League has Openings

Hey all! I am the co-commissioner of the vMLB online league and am looking to fill a few openings.

OOTP Version - 22 (we will likely move to 23 after the next season)
Sim Schedule - Mon/Wed/Sat (7 days each, slower as we fill the league this offseason)
Stats+ - https://atl-02.statsplus.net/vmlb/

This league began as a live start in the 2020 season and has now recently concluded the 2023 season. We are slowly simming the offseason as we fill our league back up.

A few interesting things about our league:

- We have a winter league in the offseason to offer additional development opportunities for prospects

- We have additional HS and JUCO feeder leagues to improve the available talent in the draft

- We have an active discord with a good community and good trade volume

- Many rules were inspired by the eMLB universe (for those familiar) and share many of the same GMs from that league
- Ratings: 1-20 scale
- POT/OVR: 20-80 scale
- DH: Both leagues
- Scouts/coaches: ON
- Contract extensions: No limits, but minor league extensions are not allowed

Available teams:

Boston Red Sox - Finished 93-69 in '23, has a great roster but lacks minor league depth

Tampa Bay Rays - Finished 69-93 in '23 but is much better than their record (inattentive GM last season). Good lineup, above-average farm system, some financial flexibility

Miami Marlins - 63-99 in '23. Promising young roster, but will be a challenge due to financial constraints. The farm has good depth but lacks true top-end talent.

New York Yankees - 84-78 in '23. Solid roster with the financial flexibility to become a contender. The farm is ok but doesn't have much top-end talent.

Baltimore Orioles - Finished 82-80 in '23. Really good young rotation, lineup could use some work. Finished above .500 with the lowest payroll in the league in '23. Best farm system in the league.

Update: Forgot to include them but the Rangers are our final team available. They finished 69-93 last season, but boast one of the top farm systems in the league and are a good bet to be competitive in another season or two. We have just hit free agency and are hoping to fill this final team so we can start moving more quickly through the offseason.
