OOTP Go Fictional Logos

Can OOTP Go fictional logos change/update? I've changed the names of the teams in my fictional save but the original fictional logos they started with are staying the same even after a couple seasons.

I think that you can enable logo changing in the league settings, and then it'll happen kind of randomly

I can't find that in my fictional save.

The only logo change that happens seems to be the historical changes
