haven't won a tournament in weeks

Not a complaint, but I work from home most days and I'm able to join tournaments several times a day (I mostly just play in standard Bronze, Iron, Silver tourneys) and for the past few weeks, I just haven't been able to win any.

I'm just a set it and forget it player, but I would say before 22 PT was disabled, I was able to win or at least place in the odd tournament a few times a week. Now nothing. what a dry spell

Anecdotally speaking, tournaments get really tough once the baseball season is over. Only the hard core are still playing and they all have good teams. The Platinum series 3 has several outstanding cards for both iron and bronze and if you are not using some of these, it's time to update your team. Sterling silver utensils are more affordable than the best silver cards, so I avoid those events.

Make sure you check in on your tournament rosters periodically. I had a dry spell that was caused by my roster being magically set to something radically different to what I'd built. Loading back the 'correct' roster solved that.

Yeah, I had this issue so many times, w/ some position player magically turning into a starting pitcher with the 8 rating fastball, 1 stuff, 23 movement, and so on, and then a pitcher being put as a shortstop or something bizarre, that I try my best to avoid drafting any two-way players, as these are the ones that seem to cause this issue.

having a person configured as a two-way player seems to randomly bork the other players on your roster.

Also, the further into the year we progress, tournament rosters become saturated with the best players available - thus "winning" becomes more of a chance event than a planned success because you have the better team.
