Five and six years of high school

I reported this in the OOTP Go general forum and have not gotten any replies. I'm not sure if it's a bug in the game itself or if something is messed up with my league, but in my amateur draft every year I see a lot of high school players who spent five and six years playing baseball in high school. I'm sure this is not allowed in the real world and I really don't want it happening in my game.

If you would at least let me know you were aware of the problem it would be nice. No response at all after almost 2 months is a little annoying.
