First Year Player Draft in Historical Season

I’m currently playing a historical season and every year the first year player draft has no one in it. Eventually teams stop having enough people to have a team. Is there any way to fix this on the menu

Have you purchased the following seasons after the one you started in?

If yes then check to make sure you have import historical rookies on in MLB > League rules & settings > historical.

If no then you will have to have a fictional draft class, for that go to MLB > League rules & settings > rules, select view > advanced mode then turn off disable automatic creation of free agents and a fictional draft class.
