Ticket Prices -- bug?

I was advise via a message to set my ticket prices for the coming season. I did (as I did before the season I just completed). I set the price to $34 both times, and immediately saved. Both years, my ticket price was changed to something lower (and not even an increase). What gives? How to I force the price I want to be accepted? It's currently November 18, so there should be no issue with the calendar.

It seems it also has reset increases in player development and draft that I had made. EXTREMELY frustrating.

Under your manager options are you set to control budgets and prices?

The option to change ticket prices should be grayed out when the GM doesn't have the ability. It's not the only thing. I suspect the choice for development budget is irrelevant for historical players with recalc on.
