Assistant GM Leaves Every Offseason With No Notification

This seems to happen every offseason. I have an assistant GM still under contract and then they just seem to leave without any notification to me. I find out when I go to make a trade and there is no advice given.

Not sure why this is happening. . .

Pushing this to the top once just because I can't believe it hasn't happened to anyone else. . .

Wow... that's odd. I have never had it happen to me so far.

Just to get more info on this... is he leaving in the middle of a season while under contract or in the off-season (as in end of year 1 of his 3-year contract). Where does he go? Is he in the Free Agent Personnel List? Is it a fictional, standard or historical league? It shouldn't matter, but is coaches on or off? I'm away from the game atm but is there a history section of the profile or transaction log of employment for a GM? Can we see the cause the same way for a player we see "Was released by the X team" and a date? Any other unique things done in setting up the game. I've never had this happen but there are so many variations and toggles and play modes, it would help to know more as a starting point.

I'm not sure if this is related or not. However, I have a historical league with financials turned off (so sounds slightly different there) and coaching on. Every year after the season ends, every coach leaves every team (and prefers not to sign again with that team - I have to force it as commish). As commish, I try to sign (or 'appoint' since no financials) for multiple years. Regardless, the following off-season, everyone spot on every team is vacant and all coaches are in the pool. I thought this might be related to having financials turned off; but, players certainly are not affected in the same way.

This seems somewhat similar to what you are experiencing.

Did this ever get fixed/addressed? Have the same problem with my historical league with no financials. I even went to each coach right before the season ended and offered a contract and each accepted. Then the next day I get a notice that all personnel are leaving.
