Game hangs up when selecting tournament roster..

When I go to select the roster I want to use for a tournament in the drop down menu, it gives the confirmation, but then the screen goes somewhat blank(see attached). If I click out of the screen and then go back, it clears out my roster. The only way to get it to stick is to let it hang on this screen for 2 minutes or so, which makes the ease of joining tournaments nonexistent. I have plenty of space on my phone, all other apps are closed, etc. I’m using iOS 11 on Apple.

It's a refresh issue, we're looking into it at the moment. I believe when it occurs, if you tap away to another tab and then back it'll refresh properly

That works sometimes but most of the time it doesn’t. I’m glad you all are working on it because this negates a big reason I paid $10 for the app- the ease of joining tournaments on the fly.

The update that was just released somehow made this issue even worse.

Now when I click and select a tournament from the drop down menu, the screen doesn’t blank out and I don’t have to go to another screen and then return for my roster selection to stick.

Now…it just automatically changes my selection to manual every time. So there’s not even a workaround.

Could you clarify what you mean by "click and select a tournament from the drop down menu"?
I see the issue with the roster builder selection not sticking, it looks like a timing issue with when the server response comes in. I can get it to stick sometimes by trying a couple times. I'll see what I can do about that.

I just mean selecting a saved roster from the tournament roster builder in the drop down menu. It immediately reverts to manual now.

It does work for me when I click on another tab, as they mentioned, but it shouldn't be this buggy, agreed.

It doesn’t work at all for me. In fact, 90% of the time, it changes my roster selection to “Manual” and gives me a blank roster…and the other 10% it changes it to a completely different roster(i.e. joining a silver tourney- select silver roster- it changes it to my gold roster).

It’s also eating packs. I’ve had at least 15 packs eaten since Go came out.

Go to open a pack, game crashes. Re-start it and the pack is gone with nothing in my transaction history about the pack being opened. Just completely vanished. Never got to open the silver pack

The blank screen issue should be fixed entirely now. The issue of the roster builder selection not sticking has also been fixed on our end. It's actually not a Go specific problem, it's just more prevalent on Go. There will be a fix in the next patch

These are always visual issues since the logic isnt done locally. We've referred it to our PT team to look into and they can get back to you about what's going on with that

Love the new Roster Builder feature, and it was working great until last night.

When signing up for a tournament and selecting the roster, the roster is not saved, but reset to 'manual', or a roster I did not select.

I've logged out/back in, refreshed all rosters from server, created a new roster, rebooted device, but no dice.

Anyone else having this issue suddenly?

There's currently a patch to fix that under review right now, will be out as soon as possible
