Restoring IAPs

I'm not able to export from GO 23 or GO 24 (I made purchases for both).

I'm happy to pay the $9.99 for the new version, but I would prefer not paying for the seasons again if possible.

I'm using a Galaxy FE 21 with the latest updates for GO 23 and GO 24 installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are up to date on the older versions. For example, we released a patch yesterday for Go24 which adds the export button. Your phone may not download them automatically, so you might have to go into your account's app purchase history and find them there

The update is not showing up in the purchase history. It just says "open" and then there is no export button.

It worked on the iphone, but not the ipad.

The iphone and ipad share access to the same store and same app. If there's a difference it's because you probably have a stale version of the app store open on one of them. Try force closing the app store and trying again

You get an error message, or it just doesn't let you click on the request key button, or something else?

I've run into that problem sometimes when I enter the email and then tap the screen to close the keyboard instead of clicking on the return key to enter.
Perhaps that's the issue?

I figured it out. I use gboard normally. When I switched to the standard Samsung keyboard I was able to enter my email and click the button without a problem.

Glad you got it worked out! Yeah it's difficult to program for those keyboards sometimes. Hopefully this helps anyone else out that may run into this issue too, thanks!

At each step in both the export from v24 and the import to v 25, always leave a space after the last character of your e-mail, and hit ENTER (or RETURN), in order to make the action button illuminate and become functional. This was the only way it ever worked for me...would be nice of OOTP to mention this in the instructions...

Also, when entering a code in either the export or import process, leave a space after the last character of the code and hit the "return" or "enter" button on your keyboard to be able to actually submit the code.
