Players from pack missing on next Perfect Team file download

Hi, I opened a pack last night during what was an offseason for the league I am in and had left the 6 cards open on my desktop. (I didn’t assign players right away.) When I went to get the new league file this morning those players are not in active, reserve or inactive players. Any idea how to resolve this? It’s never happened to me before and I wonder if it’s because I opened the pack and just left it open through a sim / new league file.

(By the way, I can see it in my transactions, I just don’t have the cards available)
