Can't Access OOTO24 due to

I own OOTP24 and went to start my game earlier today. The new All Star game promo appeared as a pop-up screen when I went to start the game and I can't get rid of it. Also, it won't allow me to access/play the game. It only sends me to an order screen for the product. Would love to play my game. My only way "out" is to x-out of the program. Any solutions?

I am experiencing the same issue. OOTP 25 is ok but cannot do anything in OOTP24 because of the All-Star promo and Fast Spring screen.

Can you access the Settings link on the load up screen?

I have a beta version so my screen might be different from yours, but in mine you can see a close button. Does yours not have one or it doesn't work? Try pressing Tab and then Enter a couple of times. That allowed me to close it without using my mouse.

Also, have this problem......the tab button and enter works, but my game files are now corrupt. Very strange

No. Can't get past the promo screen from FastSpring. Anything I click on takes me to their checkout for PerfectPoints. I've been unable to play since Friday morning.

Anything I click on - including the Close button - takes me to their PerfectPoints checkout. Only positive action available to me is to x-out the program. Nothing works on the screen beyond taking me to the checkout. It seems possible that I might never get the game back.

Did you try pressing, on your keyboard, the Tab and then Enter keys repeatedly in that order? Or if you have a mac, whatever the equivalent combo of keys is. Others have reported success.

For reference, on a large number of popups (especially information ones like this), the escape key will also generally quit the popup and close it, if there is an issue with the button being cut off or not working somehow.
