Missing Diamond Pack

Hello,

I was opening packs and took a break from opening packs to add a card to my lineup. After I submitted my lineup, I immediately clicked on a diamond pack to open it and my app crashed as soon as I clicked on it. Upon loading the app back up, the diamond pack is missing and the transaction log does not show that I opened it. I have the screenshot attached. (I opened the diamond pack at about 2:39pm)

Please let me know if any other info is needed or if there is anything you can do to help.
