What Determines Your Farm System Ranking?
I noticed in my owner goals that we were now (shortly after we signed all our new draft picks) ranked #1. And for a good long while, we weren't even close to #1. Then I go look at the minor league systems ranking report, which I thought would have the same ranking, and we're 7 of 12. Is it just that the owner goals screen is up to date and the report isn't, or is there more to it?
I'd be surprised if we're still #1 after the signing deadline. Our top guy is #6 overall and our next best is probably in the 30s.

It assigns points based on your top five prospects' rankings within the top 100, but I've yet to figure out the exact points involved.
