What does it honestly matter? You won't get any updates on the game until like a Month before release. It is how it has been year after year. What makes you think it will just change now just because Markus stepped down? Have some patience and wait until February or Early March.
If you are looking to bug them for new features, kinda too late for that as Markus posted somewhere, in one of the "OMG Markus is gone what will happen to OOTP now" posts, that OOTP 26 is already months in development already, so you may as well start doing your dream lists for OOTP 27.

While I don't want to answer the question for them, I can see how some people would like to know who to complain to if things somehow go to hell. I don't at all think they will myself, in fact I'd be shocked if they did (things are going fine from what I can tell), but if they do, I know whom I'd complain to. There's something to be said for having someone who's clearly in charge who knows they have pressure on them to make sure things go as well as possible, but also to absorb any undue negativity that might otherwise be taken by those others who are doing the real grunt work.
And when it comes submitting your feature requests for OOTP26, or any other version, please don't stop or be discouraged, just post them on the Suggestions board. It's not like new features can't be added now, last minute, or even after release. And even if the devs are too busy working on what they're working on right now to notice your request, someone else might notice it and maybe they'll champion it for you in beta. There are always ideas we see elsewhere that we think, "Oh, that's a great idea! I should point this out to make sure more people see it".
