Perfect team pack issues

I bought a gold perfect team pack, the game froze on the pack, tapped and nothing happened. After a few minutes I restarted the game. My perfect points were gone, but no new players

It may not be the case here but check your inactive cards. Sometimes when this happens the pack "opens" and the cards show up with your inactive cards.

I've checked my reserve roster and no new cards.

Not reserve. Try inactive. Manage cards select inactive from “other” drop down menu
