Minor League Assignments

We have owner goals in the major league games. I would like to see assignments for minor league managers as well. It could make the minor league game a little more interesting.

In the case of a minor league manager, the goals would not just be wins, playoffs, etc., but things like:

Play 3B Mike Jones at 2B until he has a defensive rating of 50.
Use RP Joe Smith as a rotation starter.
Use SS John Wallace as a multi-position utility player.
Rehab Assignment--Play MLB 2B Will Johnson every day until called up unless fatigued.
Play top prospect LF Jose Hernandez regularly regardless of his stats.

Failure to follow directions could lead to firings/demotions even if the team is successful, while compliance and success with the assignments could result in earlier promotions and better job offers.

I like it. There must be some more tangible ways to make managing minors a viable pathway for enjoyment!
