Request: 20 team, 5 divisions, more intradivision than inter

Hi folks! I'm working on something special for OOTP 27, and I'm short of a schedule. I've tried using the OOTP Schedule Generator but it comes up missing a division. Here's what I'm after.

• 5 divisions of 4 teams, 3 divisions in SL1, 2 in SL2
• 124 games, force start on Saturday in May
• All-Star Break of a week around first weekend of August
• Wednesdays off across the league
• 20 games vs each team in division, 10H/10A
• 4 games vs each team outside division, 2H/2A
• Daytime starts on weekends, evening otherwise
